We market the property, manage the enquiries and accompany the viewings ourselves. Applications are then reviewed with employment, previous landlord and identity references checked before we recommend a tenant to you.
No. We are happy to let the property and hand the tenancy over to you once the lease is signed. If you would prefer us to look after it day to day, our property management service takes over from there.
A BER certificate, adequate landlord insurance, RTB registration once the tenancy begins, and the property in safe, clean, well-presented condition. We will talk you through what is needed before the property goes to market.
